E-Village Solar Power Purchase Program allows you the customer to go green without any up front cost. E-Village Solar can deliver you predictable energy pricing with no capital outlays. This solution completely removes up front cost from the equation, with E-Village Solar and its financial partners taking 100% responsibility to build, own and operate the solar asset - including all upfront purchase and installation costs. You pay only for the solar energy produced, at prices equal to or below current retail energy rates.

E-Village Solar currently works with and provides Power Purchase Agreements (PPA ) to Commercial, Industrial, Schools, Municipalities and Government clientele. A PPA is a contract between your organization or company and E-Village Solar qualified strategic financial partners. E-Village solar builds an on-site solar electric system that provides reliable, long-term clean energy, with no upfront capital costs to you the customer. Under the terms of a PPA E-Village Solar and its financial affiliate, assumes the risks of ownership when it purchases, manages, operates and maintains the turn-key facility for its useful life, subject to certain purchase options provided to you the customer. The PPA requires the customer to purchase all electricity produced during the period of the agreement and the extended terms thereof, thereby offsetting costly grid power which prices can escalate quickly as can be observed during the last three years. The PPA specifies the estimated output of the facility, and the price per kWh, and such rate is often less than what the customer is currently paying for electricity. In fact, a PPA provides some of the benefits of ownership (lower and/or controlled electricity costs) to customers while allowing you the customer to spend your capital budget on your core businesses.
